Important: The United Kingdom (UK) is NOT in the EU 25-country list. Customers in the UK (and other non-EU European countries such as Switzerland, Norway, Iceland) must use the Global Store (www.seestar.com), not the EU store.

Where is my order?

We email you automatically at every step of your order, and each email contains a View your order button. Click it to open your order status page — no login needed. It shows the delivery status and the carrier tracking number, the items in the shipment, and the amount you actually paid.

Look for emails from us with these subjects: Order confirmation, Your order is on the way, and shipping updates. Please also check your spam or promotions folder.

If you can't find the email, or the link doesn't work

For your security, the link in those emails contains a unique code that was created for that specific order, so we can't re-issue it from here. If your link doesn't work, sign in instead — use the same email address you used when you placed the order:
